Mascot Extraordinaire

I had the opportunity to partner with up-and-coming Cedardale junior, Trevor Brown (pictured here with Jim Courier!!), in a doubles match a few weeks ago. Our opponents, Trev's parents, didn't stand a chance. First, we had youth on our side; second, Trevor has keen technical awareness of the game -and his father's game! More importantly, this kid can hit. I should know. He nearly dropped me with an off-the-serve strike to the back of the arm AND he aced his mother in the first set. Going into the second Dorian and I allowed the sweaty mens to team up against us and team up they did. Carrying his dad, Trevor secured the match point win with an up the middle pass that could only be described by Marcel as "SICK!!!" Nicely done, Trevor...
