Epic fail aside, at least we didn't get swept! Or as Ms. Gold would say, "No bagels in Brooklyn today!" Taking on the number one team in the league is always a challenge, and Friday was no exception. Lesley and Carol put up the closest thing to a fight, but struggled to bring it home in the final stretch. Dorian and I put up the only winning match numbers winning both tie breaks at 7-6, 3-6, 3-0. Thanks, sincere thanks, to everyone who stayed to cheer us on. We've all got some numbers to make up in the approaching weeks, and I'm SURE that Soiree Evenfall is gonna be just want the tennis doctor ordered!
